simha.ch is a marketing and inquiry site. Content is informational. Nothing here is a binding offer until confirmed in a written proposal or contract.

Services

Paid work is governed by a separate statement of work, proposal, or master agreement. Those documents control fees, IP, and liability.

Acceptable use

• Do not disrupt, scrape abusively, or reverse engineer authenticated areas.
• Do not submit unlawful or misleading content.
• Do not impersonate another person or organisation.

Intellectual property

Site design, copy, and branding belong to SIMHA or its licensors. Client work ownership is defined in the project contract.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is”. We disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability for the public website, to the extent the law allows.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses from use of this website. Caps for paid services live in the signed contract.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. The Basic Court of Pristina has non-exclusive jurisdiction unless a service contract says otherwise.
